Abstractions

I'm presently working on my first-ever clinical abstract as a resident.. It's been so long, that I think I've forgotten how.. :P Good thing I've presonally handled the patient, so I have a pretty good idea of what needs to be written down.. Hmm.. come to think of it, that's the whole point of giving it to the resident in charge! hehehe. Ok, back to work! I wanna sleep early. Yeah right! :P
